You will use the platform only for lawful B2B sourcing, enquiries and transactions. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
3. Accounts
Buyers and Sellers must maintain accurate account details. Sellers must complete verification as required by the platform.
4. Enquiries and Orders
Enquiries and orders are subject to seller acceptance. The platform facilitates introductions; contract performance is between buyer and seller.
5. Fees and Payments
Any platform or transaction fees will be communicated separately. Wallet and payment terms apply as per platform policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
MakeInIndia OEM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or transactions between users.
